CUSTOM STICK ORDERS

Contact us ASAP by email sales@nonamehockey.co to modify or cancel an order.

Please note that once a custom stick is in the queue, the custom stick is no longer editable or refundable.

8-10 weeks from order date for player sticks and 10-12 weeks for goal sticks. This time frame does include shipping time, once you receive tracking info, give 48 hours for tracking to update, once tracking updates - you should receive your order within 4-5 business days depending on location.

Warranty begins upon arrival of your stick.

WARRANTY

Junior Warranty Duration: 60 day limited warranty from date of delivery. No Name Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within 60 days from the date of delivery. Fill Out Warranty Claim Form Here. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

Senior / Intermediate Warranty Duration: 30 day limited warranty from date of delivery. No Name Hockey will provide a one-time replacement of your composite stick IF BROKEN DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT within 30 days from the date of delivery. Fill Out Warranty Claim Form Here . Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.

SHIPPING

We ship to most provinces, territories and states in North America. To determine shipping of your order on www.nonamehockey.co, simply enter Postal Code in checkout and click on the calculate shipping button. If your location is not listed in our list or you have questions about shipping, Please Email sales@nonamehockey.co. There might be an additional shipping charge depending on the order. Please indicate your postal code and items you wish to order for a more accurate quote when emailing.
